Waste at UNC-CH? Tell me something we don't know

So you think there is too much bureacracy in the UNC System? You're not alone. Yesterday Bain and Company, a management consulting group, released a report that said administrative layers at UNC-Chapel Hill are ten layers deep in some places. Is this news? Minus significant incentives to do otherwise, bureacracies grow. Reward departments for efficiency and for keeping costs low -- that would produce cost savings -- and be newsworthy.

It is a nice blog. Yes you have written good things here regarding waste management. I dont know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
